Throughout the school year, volunteers are always needed at Farmland to help with school and PTA events, as well as in the classrooms. Not all jobs require you to be at school during the day - some work, such as making phone calls, translating or typing can be done at home. For tasks involving office equipment, you will be trained to use the equipment properly. Generally, the assignments are brief, and we would expect to be able to give you at least 24 hours' notice. We are assembling a database of potential volunteers. We'll make requests for help on a rotating basis (so that no one gets called too often).
