Donations
Farmland PTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer organization. Should you choose to make a donation directly to Farmland PTA, 100% of your donation will benefit Farmland PTA and it’s programs (unlike fundraiser sales that return only a small profit to our organization). And, 100% of your donation is tax deductible. You may want to check with your employer as many will also provide a matching program for your charitable donation to Farmland PTA.
How is a direct donation different from a PTA membership?
Joining Farmland PTA means that you have voting privileges during your membership year on important budget and program issues. Your PTA membership also entitles you to a number of resources available at www.pta.org, including an online subscription to Our Children magazine, The PTA Parent online newsletter, and discounts and promotional items.
Your direct donation is simply a contribution to support our various school programs. We realize that not all families will be able to participate in our various fundraising activities throughout the year, so this is simply another option.
